Choose Trantorque to mount the pulley carrying the band saw blade. Traditional mount was a key and setscrew. Setscrew marred shaft and often loosened, allowing pulley to "walk" around on shaft causing misalignment, vibrations and blade damage.

Reasons for using Trantorque:

• Eliminate the problems associated with a keyed connection
• Allows secure and precise mounting of pulley
• Ease of installation - pulley can be dismounted quickly
• Eliminate misalignment - positions pulley perpendicular to shaft
