Problem: Sprocket and bearing must be serviced periodically. Everything was welded together so the shaft must be cut loose, disassembled, then rewelded when finished causing half a day of downtime.

Solution: Trantorque GT units were installed. The single locking nut made installation and adjustments a breeze. Downtime for cleaning went from 4 hours to 20 minutes saving the plant thousands of dollars.
